Saskia & Mat had a very different wedding planned to the one I attended and had the pleasure of shooting. They had initially planned to get married in South Africa in December 2010 – taking their two daughters with them for the ceremony. Saskia had already bought her Vivienne Westwood dress and it was all booked. Then on the day that Saskia & the girls were due to fly out to meet Mat – the UK was pretty much brought to a stand still by heavy snow. They couldn’t get to the airport, flights were cancelled….as was the wedding.
So a very different wedding was planned. Saskia & Mat booked the very gorgeous Stables at Brinkburn Priory, and had a beautiful sunny, country English wedding. Hey – we can beat South Africa any day for a beautiful setting!!
